Planet Textiles 2013 Annual Conference took place in Shanghai on 22nd October 2013, this year´s focus was on "Sustainability in China. Reality or fantasy?" 12 international guest speakers, including Mrs. Shirley Han from GOTS were invited to discuss the sustainable practices in the Chinese Textile Industry. By representing GOTS, Shirley Han shared information on organic cotton growing in China, as well as the rising demand for organic clothing in China.
